Friendlies Discount Pharmacy has been serving its local communities since 1921, focusing on creating long-lasting relationships with each and every one of its members.
Still trading in the same location 100 years on, the chemist in Maryborough is only one of many Friendlies locations that operates as a co-operative, no shareholder, community owned organisation.
Friendlies approached us in 2021 to assist with their 100th anniversary campaign. They had a goal of connecting with their members, boosting brand awareness and giving back to their community.
After completing an initial campaign briefing session with our team, Friendlies partnered with us for the campaign strategy development as well as rolling out creative assets.
As part of the campaign, our team has worked closely with Friendlies on a range of activities including graphic design, copywriting, marketing automations and EDMs, web development, photography and videography.
